Aqua Expeditions Unveils Loyalty Program for Travel Advisors

Aqua Expeditions has unveiled Circolo Aqua, a new loyalty program designed to reward both guests and its travel trade partners.
In the initial phase of the program – and in recognition of the importance of the travel trade – Aqua is first launching the Circolo Aqua Trade Loyalty Program. Tailored for both individual travel advisors and partner companies, Circolo Aqua offers tier-based rewards in the form of Miles.

The Circolo Aqua Trade Loyalty Program is divided into two segments – individual advisors and partner companies (tour operators and DMCs) – with each segment falling into a four-tier system: Tier 0 (Bronze), Tier 1 (Silver), Tier 2 (Gold), and Tier 3 (Platinum).
Tier placement is based on total annual production—calculated from gross revenue for individual advisors and net revenue for partner agencies.
All rewards are issued in Miles, which can be redeemed toward Aqua Expeditions travel or future bookings.
For Individual Travel Advisors (Bronze to Platinum):
- Receive Aqua travel vouchers, issued each January based on the previous year’s gross production (5 to 10%, tier-dependent).
- Valid for two years and must be applied to a booking reaching Reserved or Confirmed status within that time.
- The advisor must personally travel on the booking, though the voucher may cover other guests.
- Vouchers are non-transferable, not combinable with promotions (e.g., Early Bird), and limited to two per booking.
The program officially debuts during PURE Marrakech 2025 (a global luxury travel show being held later this month) and retroactively applies to all qualifying bookings with departure dates from Jan. 1, 2025.
First rewards will be issued in January 2026, based on total production from the 2025 calendar year.
The program has been fully integrated into Aqua’s Agent Portal. Here, advisors can see their tier status and Miles earned, the booking value and progress toward the next tier, upcoming rewards and redemption windows, and bonus challenges and campaign incentives.
