Carnival Cruise Line has unveiled four new Carnival Journeys cruises in the Asia-Pacific region. The sailings, which are on Carnival Luminosa and Carnival Adventure (previously Pacific Adventure), will visit ports of call across Japan, Southeast Asia, and Australia, including seven new-to-Carnival ports.

“These new itineraries represent some of our most exotic and diverse offerings in the Asia-Pacific region,” said Fred Stein, vice president of itinerary planning for Carnival Cruise Line. “With our expanded deployment in Australia, we’re able to offer our guests itineraries with more variety along with the Carnival experience they know and love – and this includes the rare experience of sailing with our ships as they mark inaugural visits to several ports and countries across the region.”

In 2026, Carnival Luminosa will offer two Carnival Journeys in the region:

  • 14-day Tokyo to Singapore: Departing Oct. 9, 206, this sailing features inaugural visits to Hong Kong; Osaka (Kyoto) and Fukuoka (Hakata) in Japan; South Korea’s Seogwipo (Jeju); and Keelung (Taipei) in Taiwan. The ship will also visit Phy My (Ho Chi Minh) in Vietnam.
  • 14-day Singapore to Brisbane: Departing Nov. 30, 226, this itinerary includes visits to Bali; and Darwin, Cairns, and Airlie Beach in Australia.

In 2027, Carnival Adventure will offer two voyages:

  • 14-day Sydney to Singapore: Departing Jan. 27, 2027, this itinerary stops at Airlie Beach and Darwin in Australia; and Bali and Lombok in Indonesia.
  • Nine-day Southeast Asia, roundtrip from Singapore: Departing Feb. 27, 2027, this sailing features Carnival’s inaugural visits to Koh Samui and Laem Chabang (Bangkok) in Thailand, as well as Sihanoukville in Cambodia. The sailing also visits Phy My (Ho Chi Minh) in Vietnam.

Sailings on Carnival Luminosa can be booked through Carnival Cruise Line, while sailings on Carnival Adventure can currently only be booked through P&O Cruises Australia. They will be available through Carnival starting in March 2025.
