Celebrity Brings On Former Airbnb Exec
Celebrity Cruises has named Peter Giorgi, the former head of global advertising for Airbnb, as its new chief marketing officer.
Starting on April 15, Giorgi will oversee the new “Modern Luxury Lives here” brand campaign, as well as all aspects of Celebrity’s global marketing platforms, digital marketing, social media, direct marketing, and advertising.
During his time at Airbnb, Giorgi launched award-winning digital content, including community-drivenlike that social campaigns. Before that, he worked on brands including Volkswagen, Jose Cuervo, and vitaminwater.
