National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions has released full details of its 2027/28 itineraries, including both new and returning options and an expanded season in the high Arctic.

“We’re excited to share the next wave of our new collection of voyages for 2027 and 2028. These journeys are inspired by the curiosity and adventurous spirit of our guests, and they stay true to what makes traveling with us so special: small ships, incredible naturalists and guides, and experiences that bring each destination to life in authentic and meaningful ways,” said Natalya Leahy, chief executive officer, Lindblad Expeditions.

“Whether it’s crafting a new itinerary to reflect the ethos of our brand, or restructuring an existing product that allows guests to rediscover new elements of their favorite places, we are consistently looking to reframe the travel experience in innovative ways,” added Trey Byus, chief expedition officer, Lindblad Expeditions.

Highlights of the 2027/28 season include:

  • Solar eclipse viewing during an August 2027 Azores to Barcelona voyage, with insights provided by naturalists and a National Geographic photographer.
  • More opportunities to explore the Arctic, including Svalbard in both spring and summer, as well as the introduction of the all-new Baffin Island: Exploring Canada’s Wild Arctic Frontier itinerary.
  • New options in Europe exploring Spain, Morrocco, Portugal, France, and more.
