Princess Cruises has opened the 2027 Alaska season of cruises and cruise/tours for booking, with such highlights as the return of Star Princess to the region, 85 calls to Glacier Bay National Park, and stays at five signature wilderness lodges.

In total eight ships will sail a lineup of 187 departures across 17 unique itineraries from five homeports: Seattle, Vancouver, Whittier/Anchorage, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Itineraries include a mix of ports from among 17 destinations and four glacier viewing experiences. Calls to Glacier Bay National Park are included on every seven-day Voyage of the Glaciers sailing between Whittier/Anchorage and Vancouver, as well as every 14-day Voyages of the Glaciers Grand Adventure cruise sailing roundtrip from Vancouver.

“Few places captivate like Alaska – its beauty, its people and its sense of wonder,” said Terry Thornton, chief commercial officer, Princess Cruises. “That’s why our team puts so much heart into every detail of our Alaska Season. For 2027, we’ve designed experiences to bring guests closer to the soul of the Great Land – closer to glaciers, closer to wildlife, and closer to local culture and communities both onboard and ashore – all in a way only Princess can deliver.”

Princess Cruises’ Voyage of the Glaciers

These seven-day sailings include two glacier-viewing days including a visit to Glacier Bay National Park and More Ashore late-night stays in Juneau on all northbound sailings. Northbound and Southbound versions of this itinerary can be combined for a 14-day Grand Adventure roundtrip cruise from Vancouver. Available onboard Coral Princess, Island Princess, Crown Princess, and Discovery Princess.

Princess Cruises’ Inside Passage

These six- to 16-day sailings are available from Seattle (every Sunday on Star Princess and every Saturday on Royal Princess), San Francisco (10-days on Ruby Princess), Vancouver, and Los Angeles.

From Vancouver, cruisers can opt for a seven-day cruise onboard Emerald Princess or a six-, seven-, eight, or nine-day cruise onboard Coral Princess, Crown Princess, or Discovery Princess.

Cruises who want a longer sailing can select one of two 16-day roundtrip Inside Passage voyages onboard Emerald Princess sailing roundtrip from Los Angeles.

2027 Princess Cruise/Tours

For 2027, Princess is offering 28 cruise/tour itineraries featuring lodges near Denali, Kenai Fjords, and Wrangell-St. Elias National Parks, along with visits with up to four national parks and direct-to-the-wilderness rail service between the ship and the Denali region.
