Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced a new-and-improved Air Concierge, an elevated air travel program that will assist guests with flight arrangements for their cruise.
Starting April 1, the Air Concierge will replace the Ultimate All-Inclusive Fare pricing option for guests in the United States and Canada. Air Concierge will offer flexible routing, travel dates, airline, seat selection, and more.
“This program expands the meaning of the unrivaled Regent experience by offering a more personalized, flexible, and confidence‑driven approach to air travel,” said Wesley D’Silva, President, Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Our guests place great value on seamless experiences from the moment they begin their journey, and Air Concierge has been crafted to meet that expectation with dedicated expertise, greater choice, and benefits that truly reflect the Regent standard.
“We look forward to supporting our guests and travel partners with a program that elevates every detail of the journey.”
Transparency and flexibility are at the forefront of the new program. Dedicated Air Concierge specialists will help guests personalize all aspects of their air travel with real‑time, market‑based airfare and other customized options.
Guests can begin booking air through Air Concierge a certain number of days before their cruise depending on the suite category they’re sailing on. Concierge Suite and above can begin the Air Concierge process 270 days before sailing, while Serenity Suites and below, and Gold‑level and below members, have access 240 prior to sailing.
Once a guest begins booking through Air Concierge, a $125 deposit it taken, which will either go toward the airline ticket or converted into a shipboard credit if Air Concierge does not book the flight. Guests also receive up to $500 per suite complimentary Blacklane private chauffeur credits that can be used up to 10 days prior and following the cruise.
