Swan Hellenic is launching an all-new group travel program, designed to equip travel advisors with the tools and amenities needed to sell group space, including an additional commission of up to 4%.

Under the new program, groups start at just eight guests, and no initial deposit is required to hold group space. Group benefits can include group return transfers and pre-cruise hotel rooms. In addition, flexible amenity points deliver extras ranging from onboard credit and private events to premium gifts.

Groups can be customized with options such as special dinners, cocktail receptions, and curated private group excursions.

Travel advisors benefit with additional commission of 2% to 4% and a reduced tour conductor threshold. Protected group pricing ensures group space is managed consistently across all Swan Hellenic channels so advisors don’t have to worry that their clients will see lower prices elsewhere.

“Our new Group Travel Program is designed to be simple, flexible, and rewarding for travel advisors, while delivering the extraordinary experiences and enhancing the value for which Swan Hellenic is famous,” said Carlos Garzon, vice president of global sales. “This is about giving our partners the tools they need to create something truly memorable for their clients.”

Travel advisors can work with their business development managers to get help with group bookings using sales tools, marketing co-op funds, marketing assistance, and sales guidance.

The program is available for all 2025 to 2027 voyages.
