Swan Hellenic has appointed Lisette Martinez Rusian as senior director of North America (NAM) sales. She replaces Joe Maloney, who held the position since May 2023.

In her new role, Rusian will lead the cruise line’s regional sales strategy, partner engagement, and growth initiatives across North America.

Rusian brings decades of cruise leadership experience in sales, operations, and strategic management. She has held senior roles at Princess Cruises, American Queen Voyages, Atlas Ocean Voyages, and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, where she spent 20 years of her career.

“We are thrilled to welcome Lisette aboard Swan Hellenic,” said Patrizia Iantorno, chief commercial officer for Swan Hellenic. “Her depth of experience, innovative mindset, and passionate leadership make her a perfect fit for our team as we continue to grow and redefine the world of luxury expedition cruising.”
