The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection Names SVP, Customer Experience

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has named Tim Klauda as senior vice president of customer experience, effective today.
In this newly created role, Klauda will lead the continued evolution of the guest experience across the fleet and shoreside touchpoints to ensure that every aspect of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection journey reflects the values that define The Ritz-Carlton – thoughtful design, personalization, and operational excellence.
He brings more than two decades of leadership to the position, including senior leadership roles at Royal Caribbean International and Royal Caribbean Group, where he led product initiatives that helped shape the modern cruise vacation. Most recently he served as vice president of global products at McDonald’s, where he led restaurant technology innovation across more than 100 markets and 40,000 locations.
He has also held creative leadership roles with Disney Parks & Resorts, Converse, Nike, Morgans Hotel Group, Starbucks, Dakine, and Entertainment Weekly.
Klauda will report to Ernesto Fara, President & CEO.
