Confidant Collective Is Everything an Advisor Needs to Sell Inclusive Collection, part of World of Hyatt

Confidant Collective Is Everything an Advisor Needs to Sell Inclusive Collection, part of World of Hyatt

Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club is slated to open this October. The adults-only retreat, tucked into the lush jungle of Tulum, Mexico, is just one of the latest additions to the Inclusive Collection portfolio. Last year, Inclusive Collection expanded into St. Lucia with Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia and its international footprint continues from Dreams Corfu Resort & Spa in Greece to resorts planned for Portugal and Bulgaria.

Travel advisors specializing in all-inclusive resorts should be eager over the rapid expansion. But without the right tools, even experienced travel professionals know that transactions can be made more challenging. That is why Inclusive Collection, part of World of Hyatt, has launched the Confidant Collective, an online platform with enhanced sales and marketing tools, as well as an education program.

The Confidant Collective was developed using feedback from travel advisors. The platform is intended to equally educate and empower, with new tools like video capabilities and an overall better user experience. The platform is also available as a mobile app. A global expansion of the program is set to roll out to advisors in international markets during the coming months.

Featuring the latest news and developments from the Inclusive Collection portfolio, advisors can be up-to-the-minute on openings and opportunities across its 10 brands. Through an interactive education portal, advisors can gain expertise on the collection, becoming a Certified Confidant. This certification is just one part of the platform’s three-pronged approach: Confidant Learning, Confidant Rewards and Confidant Connect.

Confidant Learning

After the completion of 10 core courses on the Inclusive Collection, advisors can become Certified Confidants, or claim expertise on the following brands: Hyatt Ziva; Hyatt Zalara; Secrets Resorts & Spas; Impression by Secrets; Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts; Breathless Resorts & Spas; Dreams Resorts & Spas; Hyatt Vivid Hotels & Resorts; Alua Hotels & Resorts; and Sunscape Resorts & Spas. Supplemental courses are available for advisors who focus on specialty travel.

If an advisor scores a passing grade (85 percent or above) on their Certified Confidant course, they are eligible for special rates. Rates vary by resort and season but can be up to 35 percent off. Training must be renewed each year and completed by January 31 to maintain status.

Confidant Rewards

In this tiered rewards system, advisors can earn points by booking the Inclusive Collection through Hyatt or a tour operator. Points can be redeemed for benefits including complimentary stay certificates, cash bonuses, luxury merchandise and promotional items or a charitable donation. Free stays and other luxury benefits can be passed along to clients to earn a competitive advantage.

The new rewards system has been developed to allow advisors to accumulate points more rapidly, with more points earned the more they book. Points are redeemable for bookings at select Breathless, Dreams, Secrets, Sunscape and Zoëtry properties.

Confidant Connect

The Inclusive Collection newsletter offers exclusive insights on each property, as well as product developments, upcoming webinars and the latest advisor incentives. Confidant Connect is a bi-monthly newsletter and encourages Confidants to keep up with current offers.
