Now through September 30, 2023, travel advisors who sign up and complete the Rocky Mountaineer TRACKS Agent Training program will be eligible for a chance to win monthly prizes or a grand prize of a complimentary rail journey for two on select Rocky Mountaineer routes.

The program, which typically takes less than two hours to complete, comprises five modules covering the line’s four routes, as well as the different service levels, package options, tools, and resources. Upon completion, graduates become certified Rocky Mountaineer specialists with a diploma and digital logo they can add to their online presence. They also receive access to exclusive training opportunities, Learning Journeys, and travel advisors rates and offers.

Advisors who sign up and graduate through September 30 will be entered into a monthly draw for a $150 CAD gift card. One winner will be announced each month for five months – May through September. Graduates from all regions are eligible to win.

In the first week of October, one TRACKS graduate will win a complimentary two-day SilverLeaf Service rail journey for two (for the 2024 travel season) onboard First Passage to the West, Journey Through the Clouds, or Rockies to the Red Rocks.

To sign-up, advisors can visit https://communities.rockymountaineer.com/agent/s/login. Entry is open to certified retail travel advisors globally with current and valid IATA, CLIA, TIDS, or ARC identification, or with proof of employment by a travel agency.
