ACTIVE Network and Lanyon Join Forces

ACTIVE Network Business Solutions, an event marketing and meetings management technology company, announced its merger with Lanyon, a hotel program technology company. The combined company will operate under the Lanyon name. It will provide meeting and travel planners, buyers and event marketing teams as well as hotels and meeting venues with next generation tools and data for managing meetings and events.
