Direct Travel Buys Satrom Travel & Tour

Direct Travel, Denver, acquired North Dakota-based Satrom Travel & Tour, a retail and tour travel company that produced approximately $8-9 million a year.

Katherine Satrom will continue as president of Satrom Travel & Tour/Direct Travel for the North Dakota offices in Bismarck and Minot. Joe Satrom will continue to work in the group tour programming division.  Satrom Travel, in business about 40 years, offers domestic and international group tours and cruises that are sold regionally and nationwide.
