Former Regent Seven Seas Cruises president Andrea DeMarco, who left the cruise line in March, has been named the new CEO of the Arthur M. Blank Family Office (AMBFO). She will begin her new role in October.
The AMBFO manages the personal business affairs and investments of its founder, Arthur M. Blank, who is the co-founder of Home Depot and current owner of the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons and MLS’s Atlanta United FC. According to an announcement from the organization this week, DeMarco will report directly to Blank, who called her a “critical hire for the organization.”
DeMarco’s career includes nearly four years with Regent Seven Seas Cruises and almost nine years with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH), the cruise line’s parent company. Her tenure at NCLH included time as senior vice president of investor relations and corporate communications. Prior to that, she held roles with Celebrity Cruises as manager of North America charter sales and with Royal Caribbean as a financial analyst and manager of corporate financial planning.
Right now, RSSC is being led by Jason Montague, the chief luxury officer for NCLH who assumed leadership at RSSC after DeMarco stepped away. Wesley D’Silva, he cruise line’s senior vice president and CCO, and Steve Odell, the chief sales officer since January 2024, report directly to Montague.
