Conservation-focused tour and safari company andBeyond is updating its groups and incentives program to expand, among other services, the number of group specialists for each region it operates in, as well as 24/7 in-region, real-time support throughout advisors’ group travels.
“Our exclusive selection of experiences tailored specifically for groups is designed to provide extraordinary, one-of-a-kind moments for travelers who share a niche interest or passion,” said Ryan Powell, andBeyond’s chief operating officer for sales and touring. “… We can tailor-make the ideal itinerary for groups as small as eight, or larger than 50 travelers.”
“Group travel has always been an important pillar of our offering, and we look forward to continue to grow and diversify this for our valued trade partners and guests,” he added.
Some of the group experiences andBeyond can arrange include: group conservation such as rhino dehorning or ear notching, or radio collaring of an elephant; Antarctica ship charters; group train trips across Africa with Rovos Rail; group turtle expeditions in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa; and hiking to the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery on the cliff face above Paro, Bhutan.
andBeyond’s group and incentives program includes:
- An already established – and growing – dedicated groups specialist team to handle enquiries, curate experiences, and design itineraries.
- Real-time, in-region, 24/7 support throughout your group’s travel.
- World-class guides in diverse fields ranging from wildlife, photography, nature conservation, culture, wellness, and many others.
- Exclusive access experiences with notable individuals and subject matter experts.
- Experiences tailored to almost any size of group.
- Numerous properties and reserves ideally suited and equipped to fulfill group travel experiences such as the Phinda Private Game Reserve in South Africa with six unique lodges, 59 rooms, and up to 108 guests; and Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp in Kenya with 40 tents and up to 80 guests.
andBeyond has offices across Africa, Asia, and South Africa.
