Avanti Unveils White-Label Option for InstaQuote App

Custom FIT tour operator Avanti has rolled out a major upgrade to its InstaQuote FIT planning app, now allowing travel advisors to white-label the tool.
Avanti, which sells exclusively through advisors, launched InstaQuote in March as a way for advisors to get a quote for a custom trip in four minutes or less. Now, with the new white-label feature, the tool can serve as a lead-generation platform for advisors selling Avanti’s custom FITs in Asia, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and the South Pacific.
The tool, which can be accessed through Avanti’s advisor portal, simply requires advisors to fill in their client’s departure city, destinations, number of nights, hotel star rating, and email address to generate a quote. While four minutes is the maximum time for each quote, most are generated in 30 to 90 seconds.
Even advisors who are not logged in can access the tool, and clients can also use InstaQuote via a QR code provided by Avanti. Advisors can now customize the tool with their own branding and preferences before sending it to clients. The client will not see any Avanti branding—only the InstaQuote title—and advisors can decide at what point pricing is shown.
“No one else offers anything like this,” said Nate Guilfoyle, Director of Web Services at Avanti. “We surveyed more than 400 advisors to find out what they needed, and the response so far—it’s been live on a limited basis for six weeks—is enthusiastic.”
