Central Holidays has unveiled a new technology system that promises to “revolutionize” the travel booking experience for travel advisors.
The New Jersey-based tour operator developed the new system over two years with input from industry professionals.
“Central Holidays is proud to introduce this first-of-its-kind technology to the travel industry,” said Adam Greis, general manager of Central Holidays. “Our new system represents a game-changer, providing travel advisors with unprecedented tools and resources to enhance their business operations and elevate the guest experience.”
The system includes a comprehensive website and dedicated portals for travel advisors, travelers, and suppliers.The advisor portal includes features designed to make the booking process as streamlined and as quick as possible, with zero lag time and built-in automations.
The website was designed to drive travelers to advisors for bookings, and has been updated with a new “FIND AGENT.” Registration to become a Central Holidays preferred advisor is free.
Central Holiday’s new system aims to support travel advisors with a robust customer management tool, AI integration for data analysis, and guest enhancements such as detailed itineraries and personalized vouchers.
