Central Holidays has announced the launch of an exclusive 2027 Sordevolo Product Line and an accompanying group travel incentive.

The Passion of the Christ Play of Sordevolo (La Passione di Cristo) is an internationally acclaimed tradition performed once every five years in Italy. Described by Central Holidays as “a once-in-a-lifetime spiritual and cultural experience,” the play is brought to life by the entire Piedmont village, which is transformed into ancient Jerusalem to portray Christ’s final days.

Central Holidays has designed four travel packages for its Sordevolo Product Line, each offering a different way to experience the religious event.

“Programs like our Sordevolo itineraries represent exactly where Central Holidays excels—creating highly specialized, deeply meaningful travel experiences that simply cannot be replicated without true in-country expertise,” said Adam Greis, general manager of Central Holidays.”

2027 Sordevolo Booking Incentive

To support the new product launch, Central Holidays has also unveiled a new group booking incentive for all 2027 Italy group programs that include Sordevolo. Advisors who book a group for at least six nights, including three in Sordevolo, will earn a gift card. The promotion applies to new 2027 bookings only.

The booking incentive scales up based on the size of the group:

  • $500 gift card for groups of 15 paying passengers
  • $700 gift card for groups of 16–20 paying passengers
  • $1,200 gift card for groups of 21+ paying passengers

The incentive is not combinable with other offer, and promo code SRV27IT must be provided at time of booking. Additional restrictions may apply.

“With our destination management office in Italy and dedicated staff throughout the country, we have the reach, relationships, and operational strength to deliver extraordinary programs like this with precision and care,” said Greis. “For travel advisors, this means confidence. For travelers, it means an unforgettable journey that is seamless, authentic, and profoundly impactful.”
