Collette is expanding its travel advisor training program with the launch of Collette University 201.

Collette University is an award-winning training program developed exclusively for travel advisors. Created with input from advisors, the platform features self-paced learning modules that cover subjects relevant to growing one’s travel business and increasing earning potential.

The new collection of self-paced learning modules is divided into two tracks: one for new-to-the-industry advisors (under five years of experience) and one for established advisors (more than five years of experience). New modules will be released every month throughout 2026.

Sample module topics include branding/marketing, in-depth Collette product knowledge, and sales tips.

“Supporting our travel advisors is truly at the heart of everything we do at Collette,” said Christian Leibl-Cote, executive vice president of global sales at Collette. “We built Collette University 201 to meet advisors where they are — giving them the chance to learn in the ways that work best for them, whether that’s through virtual training, experiencing our tours firsthand, or through meaningful in-person conversations. Our goal is simple: to empower advisors with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to grow their business and match clients with exceptional guided travel.”
