Collette Launches New Tiered Loyalty Program for Travel Advisors

Collette is launching a new Travel Advisor Loyalty Program, introducing a formal four-tier structure designed to recognize and reward advisors across North America based on qualifying traveler revenue.

The program, which features Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers, will officially begin earnings and benefit tracking on January 1, 2027.

Under the new model, advisors unlock higher tiers as their Collette business grows throughout the year, carrying their highest earned status-and its corresponding perks-into the following calendar year. Benefits across the tiers are cumulative and include advisor travel discounts, dedicated training, enhanced support channels, professional recognition, and business-building resources.

“Travel advisors are at the heart of our business and play an essential role in helping clients discover the world with confidence,” said Jaclyn Leibl-Cote, President and CEO of Collette. “The Travel Advisor Loyalty Program is our way of recognizing that partnership and investing in advisor success. We designed this program to celebrate achievement, support growth, and provide meaningful benefits that help advisors continue building their Collette business.”

To support the launch, Collette has published a dedicated landing page for advisors and is hosting a virtual informational event scheduled for Thursday that will detail specific tier qualifications, revenue milestones, and benefit breakdowns.
