Collette Launches New Training Module Spotlighting Small Group Explorations Tours

Collette Launches New Training Module Spotlighting Small Group Explorations Tours

Collette has release an expanded series of training modules for advisors.

Collette has released the latest installment of Collette University 201, designed to help travel advisors confidently position and sell its Small Group Explorations tours.

Available now, the module provides an in-depth look at what differentiates Explorations and how advisors can match the right clients to these immersive journeys.

First introduced in 2008, Small Group Explorations was created to meet the needs of the modern traveller seeking deeper cultural connection, meaningful local experiences, and a more intentional travel pace.

Today, Collette Explorations tours are an integral part of the company’s product line. Capped at 24 travellers and intentionally designed to make the most of small group travel, the tours open the door to authentic, behind-the-scenes experiences that can’t be done with a larger group.

“This expanded learning opportunity is really about giving advisors the context and confidence to recommend Explorations to the travellers who are the best fit,” said Jaclyn Leibl‑Cote, President and CEO.

“When you understand the traveller’s mindset and what experience may fit them best, it leads to happier clients and stronger repeat business.”

The Explorations training module is now live on Collette University. For more information about Explorations tours or to access the training module, visit Collette’s Travel Advisor Portal.
