Small group adventure tour operator Exodus Adventure Travels is expanding its support for the U.S. travel trade with two new investments: the appointment of Carolyn Okon as U.S. business development manager and the launch of a new booking portal for travel advisors.

Okon brings to the role more than 20 years of travel industry experience. She joins Exodus Adventure Travels from CIE Tours, where she served as a BDM since February 2025. She has held trade-facing roles at various travel companies, including Intrepid Group and WeTravel.

In her new role, the Detroit-based BDM will help strengthen the tour operator’s relationship with the travel trade, offering hands-on support and guidance to help advisors grow their adventure travel bookings.

Exodus Adventures Travels has also unveiled a new agent portal that makes it easier for travel advisors to book travel, manage reservations, and access sales tools.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Carolyn as part of our expanded investment in the U.S. advisor community,” said Sasha Andrews, director of industry sales at Exodus Adventure Travels. “Her expertise, paired with our new agent booking portal, ensures advisors have both the personal support and the practical tools they need to succeed. Our goal is simple: to make it easier than ever for U.S. advisors to do business with Exodus and to feel fully supported as valued partners.”
