Intrepid on Thursday announced a slate of new hires that round out its U.S. marketing and communications teams as the company continues to grow its stateside business.
“We continue to see North America as the land of opportunity,” said Matt Berna, Senior Vice President, US Partnerships, Intrepid. “Not only will this new team of Key Partnership Managers support our US partners and advisory communities from coast to coast, but our dedicated Indirect Marketing and Communications teams will play vital roles in driving our strategic growth. Our ambition in the region remains high, and I look forward to seeing the impact of our investment come to life.”
The additions are highlighted by two new Key Partnership Managers: Miranda Porto, who formerly worked at ACIS Educational Travel, and Jonathan Monney, who previously served in a similar role at TTC Tour Brands. Both Porto and Monney will report to Laura Hernandez, the Head of Partnerships, USA, for Intrepid.
At the same time, Intrepid is carving out an Indirect Marketing team, creating a marketing coordinator role and appointing two marketing managers: Angela Mahony, formerly of Kensington Tours, American Express, The Walt Disney Company, and Tauck; and Gina Brock, who most recently worked in a corporate digital marketing role with Walgreens.
The last hire is the new VP of PR and Communications, the Americas—Bridget Benelisha, who joins Intrepid after holding communication and content roles at Expedia and Microsoft.
