Pleasant Holidays has announced a brand refresh and significant backend updates that promise to deliver enhanced service and technological advancement to its trade support.
As part of this initiative, Pleasant Holidays has launched a new travel advisor-focused website, pleasantadvisor.com, and has unveiled a new logo with a more modernized look. To promote the refresh, the tour operator is also running a Benefits That Deliver campaign to showcase the ways Pleasant Holidays is committed to supporting the trade.
Pleasant Holidays’ website has been redesigned to streamline the user interface, with a focus on ease of use and simplicity. The website aims to help make booking the best deals easier for advisors, and has been built with features and tools to fuel sales growth.
Through the website, advisors can gain access to various tools and resources, such as a comprehensive dashboard to monitor bookings, education and training like webinars, and social media content.
Along with the rebrand, Pleasant Holidays is rolling out a new deposit policy. The fee has been reduced from $200 per person to $100, plus applicable hotel or airline fees. Courtesy holds have also been extended to five days (originally three).
“We are excited for this new chapter for Pleasant Holidays, a brand that represents a lasting legacy among travel advisors, suppliers and DMOs,” said David Hu, president and CEO, A | T Collective. “Our commitment to providing the utmost in travel advisor support will be further complemented by enhanced technology and travel advisor tools allowing all to successfully grow together in this ever-changing industry.”
Pleasant Holidays is the flagship brand of A | T Collective, the parent company of invitation-only luxury brand Evoke | Inspire, Member First (for AAA), and Pleasant Activities.
