Brownell on Tuesday announced a slate of promotions for veteran team members, including several in leadership positions.

Rene Alldredge, who joined Brownell in 2007 as a receptionist and has spent nearly 18 years with the company, has been named chief operating officer. In her new role, she will oversee the Operations Team, which includes Brownell’s accounting and advisor operations departments.

Krystal Greathouse, a 25-year veteran of Brownell, has been promoted to director of accounting.

Margaret Haas, who has been with Brownell for three years after time at Audley Travel and Kwando Safaris, is now director of advisor development. She will oversee the company’s Mentoring and Catalyst programs, along with other advisor-growth initiatives.

Mills Webb, formerly hosting program coordinator, has been promoted to sales coordinator on the company’s Advisor Success team.

In the announcement, David Harris, president of Brownell since last spring, attributed the promotions to the “exceptional contributions” the individuals have made to the company.

“These promotions recognize the exceptional contributions and dedication of these talented individuals,” Harris said. “Rene, Krystal, Margaret, and Mills have consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and a deep understanding of Brownell’s values.”
