American Marketing Group has promoted Wayne Spector to senior vice president with responsibility for overseeing both TRAVELSAVERS and NEST. He will lead the sales and service departments, as well as drive the recruitment of new agencies across the U.S.

Spector has led NEST as its senior vice president since 2021. In his new position, he will channel his experience enhancing visibility, boosting sales, and driving success for both TRAVELSAVERS and NEST.

Leading a team of 12 business analysts and business development managers, Spector will orchestrate strategies to accelerate growth.

“Wayne lives and breathes our vision, mission, and values every day as he inspires our agencies to achieve even greater success,” said Kathryn Mazza-Burney, TRAVELSAVERS chief sales officer and NEST president. “He has cultivated a thriving, collaborative community of NEST agencies that lift up one another in pursuit of excellence. Wayne will now bring his proven leadership and unwavering dedication to TRAVELSAVERS as well and I can’t wait to see how the network soars to new heights under his guidance.”

Spector’s career spans more than two decades in travel management and operations. He began his journey with TRAVELSAVERS in 2013 in a sales role, later transitioning to NEST as a business analyst, where he partnered closely with agencies to elevate performance.

“Nurturing the NEST community has truly been a labor of love,” Spector said. “Our success stems from the close, supportive partnerships we’ve built among advisors, suppliers and staff. I’m looking forward to embracing the TRAVELSAVERS community with the same dedication and attracting new agencies that share our passion for service, collaboration and growth.”

TRAVELSAVERS and NEST welcomed more than 100 agencies in 2025, bringing with them $400 million in preferred partner sales. This built on 2024’s expansion, when more than 100 agencies joined, contributing over $279 million in preferred partner sales.
