Cruise Travel Outlet Launches Luxury Division

Luxury Travel Professionals

Cruise Travel Outlet, a travel agency that’s been around for more than 35 years, has launched Luxury Travel Professionals (LTP), a dedicated luxury division designed to help its top-selling travel advisors grow their luxury business and maximize their earning potential.

LTP has been designed to provide a framework for growth through three core benefits: a consistent flow of luxury travel leads, administrative support for qualifying advisors, and vacation coverage that allows eligible advisors to take time away with greater peace of mind.

“Too many talented advisors spend valuable time managing the day-to-day demands of running a business instead of focusing on sales, building client relationships, and growing their expertise,” said Bill Walsh, president of Cruise Travel Outlet.

“We built LTP to give our advisors more time and more opportunity to grow, while also encouraging them to take the time to experience the world themselves. Those personal travel experiences, in turn, allow advisors to bring fresh perspectives, firsthand knowledge, and meaningful recommendations back to their clients. Ultimately, we want our advisors to build successful businesses while creating exceptional experiences for the travelers who trust them.”

LTP places a strong emphasis on building and maintaining close partnerships with leading luxury travel brands. By combining these partnerships with the division’s lead generation and advisor support model, LTP hopes to help its advisors build stronger businesses while delivering exceptional, personalized travel experiences.

Built Around Client Needs

Luxury Travel Professionals grew organically from more than three decades of listening to clients and responding to their evolving travel preferences.

As Cruise Travel Outlet’s clients increasingly sought luxury cruises, customized itineraries, private tours, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences, the company expanded its expertise to meet that demand. Over time, luxury travel became a core specialty, laying the foundation for LTP.

Today, LTP brings together travel advisors with specialized knowledge of destinations, cruise lines, and travel styles. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, the team draws on its collective expertise and supplier relationships to match clients with the right advisor and experiences for their individual needs.

The division also recognizes that supporting advisors is essential to delivering exceptional client service. By helping reduce administrative demands and providing coverage when advisors are away, LTP enables its advisors to devote more time to developing their expertise, cultivating client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Advisor Support

LTP is designed to help high-performing advisors build on their success while providing resources that support sustainable business growth. Its model includes daily luxury leads, back-office administrative support for advisors who reach a qualifying annual sales threshold, and vacation coverage, among others.

“We don’t want to be known for how many advisors we have,” Walsh said. “By keeping our community at a size where we can truly get to know each advisor and their strengths, we can offer the kind of personal support that helps them grow their business, instead of making them just another number.”
