Ensemble has expanded its partner relations team with the appointment of Kateryna Havrylova as its new director of destinations and tourism boards, a newly created role designed to strengthen relationships with destination marketing organizations and tourism boards around the world.
Effective July 6, Havrylova will lead Ensemble’s strategy and relationships within the destination sector, working closely with tourism boards and destination partners to develop enhanced training programs, marketing initiatives, member events, and immersive experiences that help advisors deepen their destination expertise and better serve their clients.
“Destinations and tourism boards play an increasingly important role in helping advisors stay informed, inspired and connected to the experiences travelers are seeking,” said Daniel Finkel, senior vice president of partner relations at Ensemble. “As we continue to grow and evolve our partner ecosystem, creating a dedicated leadership role focused on destinations allows us to deepen those relationships and unlock new opportunities for member education, engagement and collaboration. Kateryna brings an exceptional blend of industry experience, partnership expertise, and destination knowledge, and we are thrilled to welcome her to the team.”
Havrylova joins Ensemble from Collette, where she most recently served as partnerships marketing manager, overseeing strategic marketing initiatives and partner engagement programs. Prior to Collette, she held a series of partnership, sales and marketing roles across the travel industry with Abercrombie & Kent, The Travel Corporation, Insight Vacations, and Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts.
Throughout her career, Havrylova has built strong relationships across the travel ecosystem and developed a deep understanding of how destinations, suppliers, and travel advisors can work together to create meaningful experiences for travelers while driving mutual business success.
“I am excited to join Ensemble at such a dynamic time in the organization’s growth,” Havrylova said. “Destinations are at the heart of every travel experience, and I look forward to working with our tourism board partners to create meaningful opportunities that help members expand their knowledge, build stronger destination connections, and deliver even greater value to their clients.”
