IATA Relaunches Agent Website
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has relaunched its “AgentExperience” travel agent website, making it more intuitive and improving various search functions.
For example, users can now log in with their Facebook account, GoogleMaps is interfaced to locate suppliers and offers, there is a more intuitive keyword search, and a simpler profile management tool (including renewal alerts and easy 1-click renewal process).
IATA said the changes to AgentExperience.com were in response to feedback.
