Brunswick, Ohio-based host agency KHM Travel Group is expanding its director team. KHM on Monday announced it had named four new directors to support its executive team as the calendar turns to 2026.

Hannah Butler, a longtime KHM team member, is now director of finance and technology operations. Butler has been in that position since last spring.

Lisa Leone, another longtime team member, is now director of marketing. Leone has been with KHM for almost 14 years and has been in that position since last fall.

Bri Greathouse, who has spent almost 15 years with KHM, including time as senior manager of operations, is now director of operations. She started as director of operations last fall.

Finally, Kathy Gorfido, a veteran of the KHM team who previously served as senior agent support manager, is now director of agent support.

KHM said this week that the promotions are aimed toward supporting its executive team, which includes President and CEO Rick Zimmerman, along with Bill Coyle, Anita Pagliasso, Lori Speers, Geoff Cox, and Karen Siburt.

“These promotions reflect the incredible talent, dedication, and leadership that drive KHM Travel Group,” said Rick Zimmerman, president and CEO. “Each of these leaders embodies our core values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first. They are not only stepping into new titles but also taking on a greater role in shaping our company culture, driving innovation, and inspiring our team to achieve even greater success.”

The group says that it wants to continue to increase its team to maintain its 65:1 agent-to-staff ratio.
