Outside Agents Taps Lionel Garcia as New VP of Sales Development

Host agency Outside Agents announced Thursday that it has added Lionel Garcia, a two-decade travel industry veteran, as its new vice president of sales and agent development.

In his new role, Garcia will focus on growing preferred supplier sales among Outside Agents members, including enhancing training and education initiatives.

Garcia most recently served as director of strategic accounts at MSC Cruises USA. Prior to that, he spent eight years at Azamara, where he concluded his tenure as a key account manager. He also spent more than a decade with Royal Caribbean Cruises.

His extensive expertise and hands-on experience will be instrumental in elevating our business to new levels, providing significant value to both our member agents and preferred vendors,” Steve Muraca and Chad Burt, co-owners of Outside Agents, said in a joint statement.
