The TRAVELSAVERS and NEST consortia have promoted three travel industry leaders to new roles.
Jill Dickie is now the director of member Engagement and operations for TRAVELSAVERS, while Rosemary Sarkis has assumed the same role for NEST. Also, Serra Wheeler was promoted to senior business analyst for NEST.
“TRAVELSAVERS and NEST have always differentiated ourselves through the level of support we provide our agencies and advisors,” said Wayne Spector, senior vice president of TRAVELSAVERS and NEST. “Jill, Rosemary, and Serra are trusted leaders who understand our agencies’ businesses and are deeply committed to their success. Their expanded responsibilities will allow us to deliver even greater value to our agencies, strengthen engagement across our networks and continue driving growth.”
Dickie has been with TRAVELSAVERS for the past 13 years and has nearly four decades of travel industry experience. In her new role, she leads agency engagement and operations, including business-building initiatives for member agencies.
“I’ve had the privilege of working alongside incredible advisors throughout my career and helping them succeed has always been my greatest motivation,” Dickie said. “I’m excited to continue building relationships, expanding opportunities for our agencies and supporting their long-term growth in a collaborative partnership.”
Sarkis, a 20-year NEST veteran with more than 40 years of industry experience, will now expand her leadership role to advisor engagement, operations, team development, and key initiatives to strengthen member agencies.
“Our agencies are at the heart of everything we do,” Sarkis said. “I’m honored to step into this role and further my commitment to helping our agencies achieve their goals. By listening to their needs, delivering support and connecting them with the right resources, we can help them grow stronger and more successful businesses.”
Wheeler is the former owner of a NEST-affiliated agency. She joined NEST as an employee about three years ago and brings more than 25 years of travel experience to her new role. As a senior business analyst, she is part of NEST’s strong team of business analysts who help advisors and agency owners grow their sales.
“NEST’s strength has always been our close partnership with our agencies,” Wheeler said. “I love helping advisors uncover opportunities and create strategies to move their businesses forward. I’m excited to continue working closely with our agencies to help them take advantage of all of NEST’s tools, programs and support.”
