Trevello Taps Elizabeth Crabill for U.S. Expansion
by Sarah Milner /Trevello has named Elizabeth Crabill as the new CEO leading the host agency’s expansion into the U.S.
Crabill is an industry powerhouse with an impressive track record in leadership positions. In her new role with Trevello World Holdings—the parent company of Trevello Travel Group—Crabill will be responsible for growing the business into new territories, expanding its network of independent travel professionals, maximizing sales, and increasing brand awareness. She will report to Morris Chia, Trevello’s founder.
President & CEO of Trevello Travel Group Zeina Gedeon will continue to lead the Canadian arm, and will also serve as chief operating officer of Trevello World Holdings. She will report to Crabill.

Crabill, who is based in New York City, most recently served as Chairman for the United States Tour Operators Association (2023). Prior to that, she was CEO of CIE Tours, the largest Ireland specialist tour operator in the U.S. (2016 to 2023). Over her 20-year career in the industry, she’s held various leadership roles with Travel Bound & GTA Americas, Lindblad Expeditions, Travel Impressions, and Global Adrenaline.
