Trevello has named Elizabeth Crabill as the new CEO leading the host agency’s expansion into the U.S.

Crabill is an industry powerhouse with an impressive track record in leadership positions. In her new role with Trevello World Holdings—the parent company of Trevello Travel Group—Crabill will be responsible for growing the business into new territories, expanding its network of independent travel professionals, maximizing sales, and increasing brand awareness. She will report to Morris Chia, Trevello’s founder.

President & CEO of Trevello Travel Group Zeina Gedeon will continue to lead the Canadian arm, and will also serve as chief operating officer of Trevello World Holdings. She will report to Crabill.

“I’m so excited to welcome Elizabeth to the team and to embark on this next leg of our journey,” Gedeon told TMR. “We’re very proud of the work we do at Trevello and it’s time to grow into the U.S. and beyond. Having a travel industry veteran like Elizabeth on the team is going to propel us even further and help us become even more successful.”

Crabill, who is based in New York City, most recently served as Chairman for the United States Tour Operators Association (2023). Prior to that, she was CEO of CIE Tours, the largest Ireland specialist tour operator in the U.S. (2016 to 2023). Over her 20-year career in the industry, she’s held various leadership roles with Travel Bound & GTA Americas, Lindblad Expeditions, Travel Impressions, and Global Adrenaline.

“Thanks to Zeina’s leadership, vision and passion, as well as to the dedication, loyalty and tireless efforts of our world-class team, our Canadian business is thriving, positioning us well for this exciting evolution of Trevello,” said Chia. “ We’re going to evolve the traditional host agency market with our innovative approach, and Elizabeth is exactly the leader to transform the industry with us” (via Pax).
