Signature Travel unveiled a new business intelligence tool – SigCompass – at its annual Owners’ Meeting in San Antonia, Tex. The centralized intelligence and analytics platform is designed to help agency owners make more informed business decisions, uncover growth opportunities, and strengthen the advisor-client relationship.
“Our members have spent years building expertise and client relationships, yet much of that information has been spread across separate systems at the very moment a decision needs to be made,” said Karen Yeates, executive vice president of information technologies at Signature Travel Network. “That gap matters even more today, when clients expect relevant guidance quickly and agency owners need to understand what is happening across their business in real time.”
SigCompass was developed in partnership with DataSQRL and Toggle Travel and is part of Signature Agency Intelligence, a growing ecosystem of artificial intelligence, network-wide insights, marketing intelligence, preferred partner data, and advisor expertise.
The tool brings together information from across Signature’s connected technology ecosystem, transforming fragmented data into actionable insights that support business growth.
Agency owners can see their revenue trends, advisor performance, client engagement, and conversion opportunities in real-time, and ask questions of it in plain English.
At the agency level, SigCompass helps agency owners identify emerging opportunities, prioritize client follow-up, and make more informed decisions about where to focus their resources. At the network level, the SigCompass provides Signature with greater visibility into network activity, strengthening its ability to support members, respond to changing demand, and identify opportunities for growth alongside preferred partners.
“By bringing that intelligence together, we can help owners lead with greater confidence, give frontline advisors more meaningful ways to serve their clients, and strengthen the collective value of our cooperative for members and preferred partners alike,” Yeates said. “SigCompass is about moving beyond reporting and giving our members the intelligence to take meaningful action.”
Signature also offered a sneak peek at Signature Storybook, an advisor-facing platform that brings SigCompass intelligence directly into the client experience.
Using Storybook, frontline advisors can act on available client insights provided by combining artificial intelligence with client history, travel preferences, advisor expertise, and preferred partner offerings. This enables advisors to provide recommendations in real time tailored to each client’s interests and travel goals.
As clients engage with recommendations and make booking decisions, Storybook will share those insights with SigCompass, helping the connected ecosystem become more valuable through continued participation.
SigCompass is rolling out to agency owners now, alongside the initial release of Storybook, with both platforms focused exclusively on cruise at launch and a full deploy planned for Signature’s annual conference in November. Storybook is expected to expand to hotel search and sharing in early 2027, followed by insurance, excursions, land offerings, and additional services throughout the year.
