Travel advisors concerned about their legal liability should not assume that a supplier’s legal framework, including liability waivers, covers them.

That’s according to lawyer and legal expert Chun Wright, a longtime travel industry expert. Chun, speaking with TMR during MasterAdvisor 38, makes the case for why advisors need to be aware of everything if they are concerned about their legal liability.
