Kempinski Hotel to Be Built on Grace Bay Beach, Turks & Caicos
by Briana Bonfiglio /Kempinski Hotels announced today that it will build one of its luxury European hotels on Grace Bay Beach on the Island of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos.
Kempinski Grace Bay will be built on one of the last stretches of open beachfront land in Grace Bay, as the Caribbean Island looks to attract Kempinski’s high-end clientele. The new 11-acre resort and residences will span across 431 feet of beachfront, offering four beachfront villas and 72 condominium residences.

The property will include several different vacation and ownership options, including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, four- and five-bedroom penthouse units, and the four villas with six bedrooms each.
Kempinski is partnering with JTRE, an international real estate developer based in Europe, for the project.
