Nobu Announces Destinations for Two New Hotels

Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Baku

Nobu Hospitality has just announced two destinations for its new hotels as the company continues to grow its portfolio.

In partnership with Sea Breeze Resort, Nobu now has plans to open Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Baku, and Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Montenegro. Both properties will be located within respective Sea Breeze Resort areas and offer 80 guest rooms and 100 residences including villas.

“We are incredibly excited to introduce Nobu to Azerbaijan and to make our return to Montenegro, two stunning destinations that are steeped in culture and natural beauty,” said Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality. “This partnership with Sea Breeze Resort reflects our commitment to delivering not just one, but two exceptional Nobu projects that embody our vision.

“These remarkable developments exemplify our unwavering dedication to crafting unique experiences where exceptional hospitality, innovative design, and world-class dining converge in perfect harmony.”

Nobu did not reveal an expected opening date for the properties. The company has several other hotels in major cities in the pipeline, including New York, Madrid, Lisbon, Orlando, Bangkok, Tulum, Tel Aviv, Rome, and Punta Cana, according to its website.
