RIU Hotels & Resorts has just launched a new website for RIU Partner Club, its longstanding loyalty program for travel advisors.

The platform is now even more accessible and user-friendly, designed to optimize travel advisors’ time and easily access the benefits on offer. Advisors can now utilize detailed hotel fact sheets directly, consult real-time information regarding their bookings, and manage sales more quickly.

Each RIU Hotels & Resorts sale that an advisor makes gets converted in points, which never expire so long as the account is active, and can be converted into complimentary stays at RIU properties. Advisors can also access educational training and exclusive benefits on the platform.

“Beyond rewarding loyalty, the platform provides professionals with key tools and direct product knowledge to boost sales and facilitate recommendations, always ensuring the highest quality in the final guest experience,” RIU Hotels & Resorts said in a news release about the revamped website.

RIU Partner Club first debuted in 1992 and today has 100,000 travel agent members across 139 countries. RIU Hotels & Resorts’ popular Riu Palace brand has been rolling out renovations and more elevated products at its all-inclusive resorts, including in Aruba and Mexico. The brand also recently debuted in Thailand.
