Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya are now all-inclusive resorts, joining Hilton’s All-Inclusive portfolio.
Earlier this year, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya introduced an optional all-inclusive package, which will now be standard across this resort and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya, both located on Mexico’s Caribbean coast.
Sylvia Scholey, vice president and global head of All-Inclusive and Resorts at Hilton, said the transitions “give guests a more personal way to stay, dine and explore the local culture, all made possible by the thoughtful service and exceptional hospitality Hilton is known for.”
“Today’s travelers want the freedom and ease of an all-inclusive resort, paired with the distinctive depth, personalization, and sense of place they expect from Hilton’s award-winning luxury brands,” she added.
In addition, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya will become an adult-only property starting Jan. 10, 2027, while Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya will remain all ages, but with the addition of an adults-only section called Ceiba Club with its own lounge, restaurant, pool, and beach area. Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya encourages multi-generational stays with its MYTHOS World kids club.
