For the first time in its history, Princess Cruises will homeport in Port Canaveral, re-positioning Caribbean Princess to the Central Florida port in late November 2024.

Starting November 27, 2024, the 3,140-passenger ship will sail four- to 14-day Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises out of Port Canaveral.

"The combination of a vibrant central Florida community, exceptional flight options to Orlando International Airport and great pre-cruise and post-cruise experience options makes Port Canaveral an easy choice," said John Padgett, president of Princess Cruises.

Highlights of the deployment include:

  • 8-day Eastern Caribbean sailing to St. Thomas, St. Maarten, San Juan, and Grand Turk (5 departures)
  • 8-day Western Caribbean sailing to Cozumel, Costa Maya, Belize City and Roatan (5 departures)
  • 6-day Eastern Caribbean sailing to Nassau, Grand Turk, and either Amber Cover or San Juan (9 departures)

Caribbean Princess cruises from Port Canaveral go on sale May 24, 2023.
