Dueling Pianos debuts in the Royal Promenade on Icon of the Seas.

Royal Caribbean's Icon of the Seas will boast a wide variety of bars and nightlife experiences including a new dueling pianos venue on the Royal Promenade, the all-live-music Lou's Jazz 'n Blues in Central Park, and walkup Champagne bar when it launches in January 2024. Many of the line's most popular venues will be returning as well, such as Trellis Bar – with a first-ever menu of bites, the Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade, and the Schooner Bar.

Overall, Icon will offer more than 40 ways to dine, drink, and be entertained.

"We've set out to introduce a new kind of vacation in every sense and taken a blank slate to create an unparalleled blend of ways vacationers can celebrate and make memories whatever their mood, vibe, and style," said Linken D'Souza, vice president of food and beverage for Royal Caribbean International. "From all-new venues and bolder favorites to new iconic drinks on every menu, zero-proof cocktails and twists to classics, there's something for everyone to make the most of their nights out on Icon of the Seas."

Among the new spots onboard will be:

Dueling Pianos – At Royal Caribbean's first dueling pianos bar, dueling pianists will take song requests from the audience to bring high-energy performances of crowd favorites to the Royal Promenade.

Lou's Jazz 'n Blues – This new spot fills the open-air Central Park with live performances of soul and jazz pop tunes.

Rye & Bean – Located in the AquaDome, this new coffee shop offers everything from classic coffee to espresso cocktails.

The Overlook and Overlook Pods – The elevated lounge and first-of-their-kind nooks at sea take "hanging out" to another level.

1400 Lobby Bar – Icon's new-concept lobby bar will feature cocktails developed in partnership with mixologist Tony Abou-Ganin. It will also be the first bar on the Royal Promenade to have an ocean-facing outdoor terrace.

Bubbles – No need to sit down to drink, just walk up and get some bubbly at this Champagne window in Central Park, where glasses of mimosa, prosecco, and Bellini, and bottles of Champagne are on tap all day long.

Returning Favorites
Royal Caribbean entertainment favorites returning on Icon of the Seas include The Attic, for adults-only live shows, and Music Hall.

Returning bars and lounges include:

  • A larger Trellis Bar in Central Park with a new look and a debut menu of small bites;
  • The neighborhood English pub – called Point & Feather on Icon, with a new open layout and pub games – and tournaments – of darts and sips;
  • Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade;
  • Royal Caribbean's signature Latin-style Boleros;
  • Spotlight Karaoke;
  • And the signature Schooner Bar

Icon of the Seas will sail seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean vacations from Miami year-round. Every sailing will visit Royal Caribbean's private island destination, Perfect Day at CocoCay.
