There’s opulence, and then there are suites that include unimaginable amenities. From a diamond ring to a full-size basketball court, there is no stone left unturned when it comes to the luxury of these five hotels.

The 12-bedroom penthouse suite takes up the entire eighth floor of the hotel and comes packed with luxury features — from the living room filled with a grand piano, billiards, and rare book collection, to the bathroom that features Hermès toiletries, and a Jacuzzi overlooking Lake Geneva. The room is also bulletproof to accommodate dignitaries. Past guests include Bill Clinton and Mikhail Gorbachev. Guests can view the Swiss Alps from the suite.

Location: New York, New York
Price: $25,000 a night

Hotel treats typically mean a chocolate on your pillow or a complimentary breakfast. In this case, it's a “free” diamond ring. The aptly named Jewel Suite at the Lotte New York Palace comes with a Martin Katz diamond micro band ring worth $2,500. The suite is outfitted with cascading crystal chandeliers and a jewel-toned hot tub on a private terrace. Views of the Manhattan skyline are visible from almost any angle, so the sun is sure to shine through the windows and make guests’ new rings sparkle.

This two-story, 10,000-square-foot suite is for those who are serious about their game. It boasts a 30-by-30-foot indoor basketball court for 10 people to live out their NBA fantasies. There is also a professional locker room, electronic scoreboard, and extra-long "NBA-sized" beds. (Rumor has it that LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony have both spent the night there.)

Atlantis Underwater Suites Best Hotel Suites

Underwater Suites at Atlantis, The Palm
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Price: $8,200 a night

The two Underwater Suites at Dubai's Atlantis hotel bring a whole new meaning to "sleeping with the fishes." The suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows looking out into a three-million-gallon aquarium filled with over 65,000 marine animals, including sharks and stingrays. As if that weren't outrageous enough, guests can also enjoy 24-hour private butler service and 24-karat gold-infused bath products.

Maharajah Pavilion Raj Palace Best Hotel Suites

Maharajah’s Pavilion, Raj Palace
Location: Jaipur, India
Price: $15,000 a night

Maharajah’s Pavilion is a four-story monster of a suite, with a private entrance, library, bar and lounge, pool, and spa, not to mention a dining room and kitchen. The stately suite is lavishly decorated to recreate the extravagance associated with Indian royalty. Stunning chandeliers and richly colored textiles adorn the suite.
