Nocturne Luxury Villas has announced the expansion of its senior leadership team, adding four experienced executives across marketing, finance, technology, and sales to support the company’s strategic growth.

Formed in 2019, Nocturne Luxury Villas is the owner and operator of luxury villa rental companies in the U.S., Caribbean, and Mexico. Their portfolio includes Exceptional Stays, WIMCO St. Barth Properties, Cabo Villas, Paradise Retreats, Exclusive 30A, and Grand Cayman Villas and Condos.

The company’s new appointments include Faith Aronow as vice president of performance marketing, Luke Franco as vice president of financial planning and analysis, Fabio Iannelli as vice president of information technology, and Heather Brown as senior director of sales and revenue. Together, the industry veterans bring more than 70 years of combined experience to Nocturne.

“Nocturne is in a phase of accelerated growth and investing in experienced leadership across every function is critical to our mission in scaling thoughtfully,” said Scott Wiseman, CEO of Nocturne Luxury Villas. “These experienced leaders each bring deep expertise that strengthens our ability to support our teams, enhance the guest experience, and build the infrastructure for our expanding portfolio.”
