IHG Hotels & Resorts has just opened voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort on Florida’s Treasure Coast, the company’s first all-inclusive property in the United States.
The riverfront resort, located on the St. Lucie River, completed a $50 million transformation to rebrand as a voco, IHG’s fastest growing premium brand. The property has 335 one- and two-bedroom rooms and suites with resort and bay views and private balconies or walkout patios.
Voco Sandpiper has a newly renovated family pool with a new kids’ splash pad and a refreshed adults-only infinity pool with a spa tub. The property’s 18,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event spaces now also includes the new heart-shaped ceremony lawn, The Landing.
The resort also offers a wide array of activities, including access to its own Sandpiper Bay Marina, complimentary kayak and stand-up paddle board rentals, a new standalone arcade, and a new mini golf course. For dining, voco Sandpiper features seven new bar and restaurant concepts, including a sports bar, poolside bar, cafe, market, and beachfront American restaurant.
The property is located 45 minutes north of Palm Beach and within two hours of four international airports. It is located near attractions such as Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens, and the world-class PGA Village and is about a two-hour drive from Orlando theme parks.
