Hyatt Vivid Cancun, a new adult-only, all-inclusive resort, has just opened.
Formerly Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort, the property has been completely transformed and rebranded to join the Hyatt Vivid portfolio. The resort now features 416 rooms with ocean views, an elevated Vantage Club, seven bars and restaurants, a spa, three pools, and flexible event spaces.
“We are excited to welcome guests and members to Hyatt Vivid Cancun and introduce a resort experience that embraces curiosity and authentic connection,” said Javier Navarro, director of sales & marketing of Hyatt Vivid Cancun. “Whether guests are discovering local culture, gathering with friends over sunset cocktails, taking a dip in one of the resort’s three pools or simply enjoying the freedom to vacation on their own terms, Hyatt Vivid Cancun is designed to help every guest make the most of their trip.”
Located in the Puerta del Mar community, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Puerto Cancun marina, the new resort is minutes from Cancun International Airport and the Hotel Zone and offers easy access to Puerto Cancun Shopping Center. Guests also get preferred access to the neighboring 18-hole golf course.
The resort’s dining options include Mediterráneo for Mediterranean fusion cuisine, Akari for contemporary Pan-Asian dishes, Aglio for Italian favorites, La Plaza for international fare, Coco Café for artisan coffee, and Vista Prime for premium dining.
With the Vantage Club, guests stay in a premium room category and get access to a private lounge, dedicated concierge service, exclusive dining experiences, and enhanced amenities.
This marks Hyatt’s second stab at bringing the Hyatt Vivid brand to Cancun; Hyatt first debuted Hyatt Vivid Grand Island in 2024, but that property changed hands and became Mondrian Cancun All Inclusive this year.
