Club Med’s Turkoise Gets Upgraded to Four-Star Level

Since completing recent renovations, along with planned upcoming enhancements, Club Med Turkoise in Turks & Caicos will transition from a “3 Trident” resort to a “4 Trident” resort – the company’s star rating system – starting May 1, 2018. 

During the renovations, 80 Deluxe-level rooms received new room design and added balconies, while Club rooms were refreshed with a Caribbean-inspired design and new plush bedding. 

Food and beverage options were enhanced as well. The resort built a brand-new bar, Blue Coral, serving all-day poolside refreshments, pre-dinner cocktails and drinks, as well as after-hour festivities. Grace Bay Restaurant, the resort’s main restaurant, underwent a refresh and added a new wrap-around terrace for unobstructed views of the surrounding ocean. Starting this summer, a brand new wine cellar will open adjacent to Grace Bay Restaurant to offer premium selections of wine to enjoy on a private, open terrace.

Other renovated amenities include a redesigned cardio room and fitness center, doubling in size, and wellness area with waterfront palapas offering spa treatments and massages. Outside, the newly redesigned infinity-edge pool offers an ocean background view. Guests will also be able to enjoy the convenience of new poolside service starting this summer.

Guests at Club Med Turkoise will now receive digital bracelets that allow one-touch access to their rooms and can be used to secure spa bookings and excursions.
