Transat has announced the appointments of Dima Fahed as Manager of Sales, Ontario and Atlantic Canada, and Niary Iskander as Account Manager, Eastern Ontario.

A member of the Transat team for the past 19 years, Fahed has built an impressive career across several areas of the organization, including the Customer Contact Centre, Groups Department, and most recently, as Account Manager for the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding markets.

In her new role, she will lead Transat’s sales efforts across Ontario and Atlantic Canada, working closely with travel agency partners and internal teams to support the company’s commercial objectives and enhance the advisor experience.

“Dima’s deep understanding of our business, her passion for serving our travel advisor partners, and her ability to build strong relationships make her exceptionally well positioned for this leadership role,” said Transat Commercial Director Julie Sareault.

“Her experience and collaborative approach will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our presence and support our partners across Ontario and Atlantic Canada.”

In addition Niary Iskander has a new role as Account Manager, Eastern Ontario.

Since joining Transat in 2010, Iskander has held a variety of roles across the organization. She began her career in the Customer Contact Centre before moving into several commercial positions, most recently serving as Groups Sales Coordinator.

In her new role, she will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with travel agency partners across Eastern Ontario, helping to support Transat’s commercial objectives and strengthen the company’s presence in this important market.

“Niary’s extensive knowledge of our business, her passion for customer service, and the strong relationships she has built within the travel advisor community make her a natural fit for this role,” said Sareault.

“Her experience, dedication, and partner-first approach will be tremendous assets as we continue to support and grow our relationships across Eastern Ontario.”
