Marissa Maheu-Mendes Departs Sunwing Vacation Group after 10 Years

Sunwing Vacation Group’s beloved communications professional Marissa Maheu-Mendes has left the company, Travel Market Report Canada has learned.

“Being a part of the Sunwing Vacations Group family for the last 10 years has been an incredible journey,” Maheu-Mendes told Travel Market Report Canada. “I am grateful for the opportunity to have grown alongside talented teams and to have contributed to the company’s evolution.

Throughout my tenure, it has been a privilege to lead and support many meaningful initiatives. This included everything from working closely with the travel trade and collaborating with influencers and media, to hosting packing parties with GlobalMedic and organizing the Make-A-Wish Canada Wish Trip to Cancun. I’ve worked with so many incredible partners over the years.

I’m excited to start my next chapter and wish my colleagues continued success and a bright future.”

An auto-reply to emails sent to Maheu-Mendes advises to contact Sunwing Vacations Group, PR Manager for both Quebec and Ontario, Victoria Bakos, at vbakos@sunwing.ca.
