Celestyal has announced an expanded Mediterranean deployment for winter 2026-27, including additional Eastern Mediterranean sailings and a brand-new Western Mediterranean itinerary
As part of the announcement, Celestyal confirmed it has cancelled its Arabian Gulf sailings for the 2026-27 season, and will instead extend its current Eastern Mediterranean season. These include two additional “Iconic Greek Islands” sailings in November 2026, followed by four more departures in March 2027, on Celestyal Discovery, and two “Heavenly Greece, Italy and Croatia” and two “Idyllic Greece” on Celestyal Journey in March.
The cruise line will also be introducing a new Western Mediterranean itinerary for winter 2026-27 and winter 2027-202 on Celestyal Discovery. These sailings will be available to book starting June 15, 2026.
Further details on the new sailings, including full itineraries and pricing, and Celestyal Journey’s 2027-28 winter season at a later date.
“Following a review of our winter deployment, we have decided to focus on strengthening our authentically Mediterranean offering,” said Lee Haslett, chief commercial officer at Celestyal. “As a brand rooted in the region, these updates allow us to add more choice across some of our most popular itineraries and introduce brand new Western Mediterranean sailings for the first time.”
Haslett added that the expanded program will give guests “even more opportunities to explore the region with us” while continuing to emphasize destination immersion and the line’s “premium casual approach to cruising.”
