TTC Tour Brands Reimagines Groups Policies, Easing the Process for Advisors

TTC Tour Brands has unveiled a new Groups Program, which it says delivers the most significant set of enhancements to date across Scheduled Groups, Custom Groups, Small Groups and Trafalgar River Cruises.

The reimagined program is designed to make group travel easier to book, more flexible to manage and more rewarding for travel advisors and their clients across Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Costsaver and Brendan Vacations.

“Travel advisors deserve tools that match the ambition of their groups business,” said Melissa DaSilva, Deputy CEO and Chief Sales Officer of TTC Tour Brands.

“This is a huge step up for our Groups Program. We’ve listened closely to what advisors need most, and these enhancements allow advisors to be more efficient with real-time visibility, faster confirmations and stronger benefits so they can book with confidence, compete on value and deliver experiences their clients will never forget.”

Custom Groups Offer Maximum Flexibility

Enhancements to its Customs Groups product, which TTC Tour Brands says is unique within the industry, give advisors the ability to build fully tailored itineraries for groups of 15 or more guests.

Every itinerary is built from the ground up around a group’s specific needs, preferences and interests. From multigenerational family reunions to affinity groups and special interest travel, Custom Groups gives advisors a level of unmatched flexibility.

Throughout the process, TTC Tour Brands’ dedicated Groups Specialists provide hands-on expertise and support, from the initial planning process through departure, making it easier than ever for advisors to fulfill bespoke group requests

A Faster Booking Experience

At the centre of these updates across the Groups Program is a commitment to a faster, more transparent booking experience. Advisors now benefit from enhanced booking capabilities and improved two-way communication, helping them to secure group space more efficiently and with greater confidence. Group pricing is locked in at time of reservation, providing added predictability for advisors and their clients.

Advisors can also combine group benefits with eligible in-market offers across TTC Tour Brands’ touring portfolio, creating stronger value propositions and more competitive pricing for clients. The updated Scheduled Groups program further streamlines the process through simplified deposit and release timelines.

Learn All About it at Upcoming Webinar

To support advisors at launch, TTC Tour Brands will host a dedicated webinar on July 29 about all the Groups Program enhancements across Scheduled Groups, Custom Groups, river cruise and more titled Group Sales Made Easy with Trafalgar.

For Small Groups, advisors can now place holds on groups of 9-10 guests, with additional inventory available upon request. Advisors can select from a range of benefits, including a 5% group discount, 50% off for the 10th guest or the 18th guest traveling free. Small Groups are eligible for in-market discounts and can be combined with promotional offers.

Group Enhancements are on the River Too

Trafalgar River Cruises is introducing its own enhanced groups offering, featuring stackable offers, group discounts and a new Groups Amenity Points (GAP Points) rewards program.

Advisors can earn GAP Points redeemable toward onboard experiences, including beverage packages, shore excursions and onboard credit. Additional river group benefits include up to one complimentary place for every eight guests on select sailings, flexible group structures and enhanced launch benefits across 2027 departures.

Advisors can also take advantage of a river group incentive available through July, while 2028 river inventory opens in August, allowing advisors to secure future group business earlier.

TTC Tour Brands says these enhancements mark the most comprehensive refresh of its Groups Program to date, reinforcing its position as a partner built to help advisors grow their groups business.
